It's official, we are one week out from our migration to California and our lifestyle change for the summer. Kids are out of school and I'm totally freaking out about getting the essentials packed up and the house ready for the renters. On top of those stresses is the fact that the boat is probably not ready for us to move aboard because, as you see in the photo to the left, Keith has the boat seriously pulled apart and some major projects underway. The one in the photo is the bed of wires he has while trying to move the electrical panel from an unsafe location next to the "dynamic duo" to a place near the internal wheel and out of reach. Messy boat translates into work and this means he and I will be doing some double time to get projects finished and the boat cleaned and ready to move aboard.
